Return Policy
At Jersey Guy Designs, each item is made to order just for you. Because of that, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong size, choosing the wrong color, or simply changing your mind.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. If the issue qualifies, we will offer a replacement or a refund.
To help us review the claim, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
In most cases, there is no need to return the damaged item.
Items that are not eligible for return or exchange
Because all products are custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Ordering the wrong color
- Entering an incorrect shipping address
- Buyer’s remorse
- Minor variations that are a normal result of the printing process
Lost packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. In certain cases, we may offer a replacement or refund if the issue is reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Refused or undeliverable packages
If a package is returned because the shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, Jersey Guy Designs is not responsible for issuing a refund. If the item is returned to us or to the print provider, we may offer reshipment at the customer’s expense.
How to request help
Please email us at ryan@northjerseypartners.com with the subject line: Order Issue – [Order Number]
Include:
- Full name used on the order
- Order number
- Description of the problem
- Clear photos of the item and packaging, if applicable
We review claims as quickly as possible and will let you know whether the order qualifies for a replacement or refund under this policy.
Refunds
If your claim is approved, we will either:
- Send a replacement item at no additional cost, or
- Issue a refund to your original payment method
Order cancellations
Because orders go into production quickly, cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible after purchase. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled.
